Last Friday (10), the site visit that concluded the office module classes of SiiLA ACADEMY took place. The event occurred at the CEA – Centro Empresarial do Aço development in the Jabaquara region of São Paulo, owned by Barzel Properties, the course sponsor.
The visit began with a breakfast for the students on the 5th floor of the development, which houses companies such as Itaú, Cannon, Usiminas, and others in its two towers. During the tour, real estate professionals explored a furnished office, where the event took place, an available floor, parking, and the helipad.
With an introduction by Giancarlo Nicastro, CEO of SiiLA and SiiLA ACADEMY professor, the building was presented to the attendees by Bruno Turaça, Investment Portfolio Director at Barzel Properties.
During his speech, Turaça shared a bit about the history of the building, constructed in 1995 and acquired by the company in 2017. "Since we acquired CEA, we have already invested R$ 35 million, and we plan to invest an additional R$ 10 million over the next 10 years," said the investment portfolio director.
Some of the improvements made by Barzel included updating the entrance, adding spaces dedicated to electric vehicles, a relaxation room for building employees, common area retrofit, and soon, a helipad that is functional and approved by Anac.
The development has two towers, Tower A with 13,080 square meters and Tower B with 13,108 square meters of private area. Both buildings are interconnected by the lobby, and Tower B has exclusive access to the Conceição station on Line 1-Blue of the metro.
