SKR developer starts to operate in the rental residential building sector

The São Paulo developer SKR - which has Elie Horn's Cyrela as a partner - is the newest entrant in the residential building market built for rent instead of for sale. The segment is still little explored in Brazil, but it has attracted global brands in recent months.
SKR will participate in a joint venture with the Canadian pension fund CPP Investments and the American Greystar Real Estate Partners, specializing in the business overseas. The Brazilian will have 20% of the business, while the other partners will have 75% and 5%, respectively.
