Southeast finishes 2022 with almost 18 million m² in logistics warehouses

02/15/2023 The country's southeast region has the highest concentration of logistics warehouses, with class A+, A, and B properties approaching 18 million m².
According to SiiLA's Market Analytics platform, this represents 76.44% of the total inventory in the country, which currently amounts to more than 23 million sq. meters. After the Southeast, the Northeast and South regions are next, with 2.4 million and 2.3 million square meters.
