The Tecnisa developer will have a new home starting in September. The new headquarters will be in the Corporate Time tower, a class A+ building in the Jardim das Perdizes mixed complex, located in the SiiLA region of Barra Funda, on the west side of the city of São Paulo.

In the Corporate Time building, which has 19 floors and a total private area of 26,931 square metres, the company should occupy 800 square metres. According to the SiiLA platform, the development is 78.95% leased and has high standard specifications, such as a generator, central air conditioning, sprinkler system, etc. Currently, Santander, Ericsson and WeWork are the main occupants.

SiiLA Brasil's newsroom spoke to Tecnisa's CEO, Joseph Nigri, about the reasons that led the company to change its headquarters. The location was the main factor pointed out by the executive: "Jardim das Perdizes is a landmark in the real estate sector in the city of São Paulo, and in the pandemic scenario, it becomes increasingly relevant. On top of efficiency, it makes a lot more sense to move to a well-located area, aligned with sustainability and well-being standards, and where we will be able to establish the hybrid work model with quality, a trend that companies of all sectors should adopt."

Tecnisa will return the 1,100 square metres office of the Birmann 29 class A development, with a current occupancy rate of 95.36% and a total private area of 21,788 square metres, spread over 15 floors. JP Morgan is the largest tenant of the Birmann 29, occupying seven floors alone.
