Tishman Speyer acquired the Quinimuras Building in São Paulo, which belonged to Serasa. The newly acquired high-end building with a leasable area of more than 10,000 square metres occurred as the demand for offices grew again. "In just over a month now, companies have returned to their offices. There is a perception that things are starting to improve", said the executive to Valor. The time is for planning the resumption of work in the offices, according to him.The purchase amount was not disclosed. Located in Indianópolis, the building was once occupied by Serasa's offices and data centre, but it is currently vacant. Tishman will do a "small renovation" on the property, and the intention is to rent it to a single user. It is a campus-style building, that is, surrounded by greenery. In Cherman's assessment, when the hybrid work model is adopted, offices will have to provide "a welcoming environment for people to want to go there."
