Tishman Speyer, a global giant in the high-end real estate development and management segment, raised R$120 million through a corporate income property investment fund in Brazil. It is the first operation as a local resource manager.

The offer, which was registered with the CVM yesterday, was aimed at professional investors, including institutional investors, funds, and wealth managers. The proceeds will be used to acquire a 19,500 square meter building in private and shared areas (Boma, metrics of the Building Owners and Managers Association), a recent delivery from Tishman Speyer herself. The tower is part of the Castelo Branco Office Park complex and was built to house the DuPont headquarters in Brazil.
