Enhance your expertise in the dynamic corporate real estate market with the meticulously designed curriculum of SiiLA ACADEMY's Office Module. Our live and online classes, scheduled on Tuesdays from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM (BR Time), promise an immersive learning experience.

In the inaugural class on September 12th, Giancarlo Nicastro, CEO of SiiLA, will lead participants through fundamental concepts, shedding light on crucial aspects such as location and market cycles, pivotal for grasping industry dynamics.

Antonio Ferreira Rosa, Country Head of Hines in Brazil, will steer the second class, exploring trends. This session aims to provide students with a clear understanding of the trajectory the Office sector is traversing, enabling them to stay ahead of evolving trends.

Moving forward, Bruno Fonseca, Partner at Grow Real Estate, will delve deep into square meter valuation, methodologies, and case studies. Subsequently, Claudio Hermolin, President of Sinduscon - RJ, will guide students through the intricacies of negotiating and managing corporate real estate contracts. This class will arm participants with strategies, standards, and insights to navigate the challenging universe of real estate negotiations.

The diverse landscape of occupancy models and flexible spaces will be the focal point of Tiago Alves, CEO Brazil of Regus & Spaces. Given the expanding array of work options (hybrid, in-person, and more), understanding the advantages and challenges of each model becomes pivotal in maximizing office space potential.

 

For insights into investments and funds, Rossano Nonino, Partner and Director of Fator ORE Real Estate, will offer a comprehensive view of the capital market and Real Estate Investment Funds (REITs). This adds a layer of financial acumen to the learning journey.

Culminating the module, participants will embark on a guided tour of a high-end office property by Barzel Properties, one of the course sponsors. This hands-on experience allows for the application of theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, bridging theory and practice seamlessly.
