FII revealed in a Material Fact that the retailer is being evicted

According to the Disclosure Fact released on Friday (24), Aratulog Armazenagem S.A., in which FII VBI LOG owns 70% of the capital, filed an Eviction Action with a preliminary injunction against Americanas, which is being processed in 4th Civil and Commercial Court of Salvador.

According to the SiiLA Market Analytics platform, the VBI Log Aratu logistics warehouse is a Class A property with 100,552 sq. meters of GLA inaugurated in 2021.

The statement also informs that Americanas made a proportional supplementary payment referring to the January period. However, only a portion of the total rent owed has been paid as of the notice's disclosure date.
