Vinci Logística acquires Porto Canoa Log
In a material fact released on Monday, Vinci Partners reported that FII Vinci Logística acquired 100% of the Porto Canoa LOG project.
The development in Espírito Santo has two modular warehouses and is fully leased to Grupo Boticário, Fast Shop, Whirlpool and six other tenants.
The value of the transaction was R$286,908,313.75.
