Vinci Logística celebrates the purchase and sale commitment of Castelo 57 Business Park

On Monday (7th), the investment fund Vinci Logística entered a purchase and sale commitment for the acquisition of 80% of the asset “Castelo 57 Business Park” in São Roque, São Paulo.
It is a high-standard, greenfield project with an approved project, starting construction in December 2020 with 16 months’ duration. The asset will be developed by Fulwood Empreendimentos, a company that incorporates warehouses and logistics condominiums.
