Vinci Logística and Plural Logística acquire enterprise in Pernambuco

In a statement issued last Friday (12), Vinci Logística and Plural Logística FII informed the market of the acquisition of the Parque Logístico Pernambuco undertaking. Each company acquired 50% of the project.
The asset is based in Ipojuca Pernambuco, close to Suape Port and 45 km from Recife. The Port of Suape is the main public port in the Northeast region, one of the main ports of entry and exit of goods in the country.
The development is 100% leased and has Wilson Sons, CT Botelho and Supporte as tenants.
The transaction amounted to R$66,384,775.
