Altre Empreendimentos, Votorantim's real estate business platform, confirmed the acquisition of 60% of the Alto das Nações tower, which will be the tallest corporate tower in Brazil, with a height of 216 meters.

The project will be a multipurpose complex, with 39 floors, with 320,000 square meters of private area, and is being built by WTorre at Marginal Pinheiros, in the city of São Paulo.

According to data and statistics from SiiLA Brasil, the project is being built in the SiiLA region of Chácara Santo Antônio, which has 242,783 square meters of high-end corporate offices (classes A+ and A). The tower is expected to be delivered in 2025. Currently, the occupancy rate in the region is 59.98%, and the average asking price is R$68.99 per square meter.

According to Brazil Journal, the holding company should invest R$ 1 billion in the acquisition. Sought by the writing of SiiLA Brasil's blog, Altre informed that it does not open the transaction amount.

In a press release, the CEO of Altre, Sergio Malacrida, reinforced that the acquisition "positions Altre as a relevant player in the real estate investment market in São Paulo". The company already has participation in assets located in the capital of São Paulo and other cities in Brazil, such as Votorantim (SP) and in Paulista (PE), which are under development.
