WeWork to offer an hourly rate plan for the use of its space according to the president

The company of shared spaces We Work will offer from March, in Brazil, offer an hourly rate plan for the use of its space. According to president Lucas Mendes, this product's performance in the United States and Europe has been "very good". At the start, promotional prices ranging from R$50 to R $100 per hour at Av. Faria Lima, the lavish address for commercial offices in the city of São Paulo.
Mendes also stated that the company grew in the country in 2020, despite all the challenges. The company did not disclose the expansion or revenue percentage. "We are well-capitalised in Brazil, with several partners", he said.
