XP LOG rents the Syslog Galeão module to a wholesale cosmetics company

In a statement to the market, XP LOG informed that it had closed a Contract for the Lease of Urban Property for Non-Residential Purposes with Roja Distribuidora de Cosméticos, regarding module C3 of the Syslog Galeão - Duque de Caxias logistics condominium.
The new lessee operating in the wholesale trade of cosmetics and perfumery products will have 1,811.74 square meters of gross leasable area within a class A development.
Located in Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro, the logistics condominium also rents to Premier Pet, Total Alimentos, Westwing, Taco, Eletrobras, Jormargil, and Superprix.
