Fortner+Partners presented the design of a new mixed-use complex in the heart of London. The project is part of an urban development plan.

Based in Queensway, one of London's most commercial streets, the complex named The William will house six floors of offices, shops, and residential areas. On the terrace, people will have a privileged view of Hyde Park.

The development will be built with laminated wood ensuring a sustainable construction.

Sustainability has increasingly walked alongside the commercial real estate market. A survey carried out in Brazil shows interest in this market with sustainable guidelines. She points out that most people in business in the sector are concerned with the issue. However, there is a particular deficiency in applying such practices.

You can check out the article about this research here.

In addition, there are already projects for wooden construction here in Brazil. Some companies have already started bringing this trend from abroad to the domestic market, as Noah did.

Want to learn more about sustainable construction? Check here a chat between Giancarlo Nicastro, CEO of SiiLA, and Nico Theodorakis about Noah's projects.
